1.4. This Policy forms an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement (https://americanizationusa.com/offer). The current version of this Policy is always available at https://americanizationusa.com/privacy.

2. Data we process

2.1. Contact data: name, phone number, email and messenger usernames.

2.2. 2.6. Technical data. The Website stores your chosen language and your confirmation of the disclaimer in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, browser type, request time). We do not use advertising cookies. If we start using analytics, we will update this Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • entering into and performing a contract: consultations, filling out forms, booking interviews, lottery registration;
  • your consent: in particular for special categories of data, transfers abroad and newsletters;
  • compliance with legal obligations: accounting, taxation and responses to lawful requests from authorities;
  • legitimate interests: fraud prevention, security and defending our rights in disputes.

4. Who we share data with

4.1. Government authorities of the US and other countries (USCIS, the US Department of State, embassies, the DV lottery registration system), only within your applications and on your instructions.

4.2. Banks and payment services, including Universal Bank JSC (Plata by Mono).

4.3. Technical service providers: website hosting (Netlify), Google (spreadsheets for request records, a calendar for consultation bookings, email), cloud storage and the Telegram messenger. They process data under their own policies.

4.4. Our assistants, who are bound by confidentiality.

4.5. Authorities upon a lawful request, and where needed to defend our rights in court.

4.6. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

5. International transfers

Delivering the services involves transferring data to the US and to services whose servers are located outside Ukraine and the EU. By providing data for the services, you consent to such cross-border transfers. We transfer only the data needed for a specific purpose.

6. Retention

6.1. We keep data for the duration of the services and for 3 years after they end (the limitation period), so that we can defend our rights. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by law.

6.2. We delete copies of documents and account access earlier at your request, unless they are needed to defend our rights or comply with the law. We recommend changing your passwords after the services are completed.

7. Security

We restrict access to data, use passwords and two-factor authentication, and do not collect unnecessary data. Transmission over the internet and messengers can never be completely secure, so we advise sending documents only through the agreed channels.

8. Your rights

8.1. You have the right to know what data we process and why; to access it and obtain a copy; to correct inaccurate data; to request erasure or restriction of processing; to object to processing; to withdraw consent; to receive your data in a convenient format; and to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, with the supervisory authority of your country.

8.2. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If a service cannot be delivered without the data, we will tell you, and settlement will follow the Agreement.
